Job Position – Construction Worker / All-Round Construction Worker
Main Duties
- Performing general construction and site-related duties.
- Assisting with construction, renovation, and maintenance work.
- Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials.
- Preparing and maintaining work areas.
- Assisting skilled tradesmen and supervisors as required.
- Mixing and handling construction materials.
- Using basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Carrying out general masonry, concrete, plastering, and finishing support work where applicable.
- Assisting with installation, repair, and construction activities.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the worksite.
- Following workplace health and safety procedures.
- Properly handling construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Reporting worksite issues or hazards to supervisors.
- Working effectively as part of a construction team.
- Performing other construction-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Candidate Requirements
- Age below 45 years.
- Previous practical experience in construction work or general construction activities.
- Ability to perform physically demanding construction duties.
- English-speaking ability is mandatory.
- Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures.
- Reliable, responsible, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in a construction-site environment.
- Willingness to commit to year-round employment in Croatia.
- Medically fit for overseas employment.
- Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) with a clear record.
- Willingness to comply with applicable employment and immigration requirements.
Preferred Skills & Experience

- Charges: SLBFE-approved charges applicable to the recruitment and employment process.
